The Greenland Metropolis Development, encompassing Phase I and Phase II, is strategically located in the heart of LA's CBD area, surrounded by Hwy110, James M. Wood Rd, and Francisco Rd. This prime location offers convenient access to the Convention Center and Staples Stadium, making it an ideal destination for residents, visitors, and businesses alike. Upon completion, the project will feature a dynamic mixed-use master plan that includes a hotel, residential towers, and retail spaces, creating a vibrant community within the city.

With a total budget exceeding USD1 billion, the Greenland Metropolis project represents a significant investment in the future of Los Angeles. HGC, together with other limited partners, has contributed USD500 million towards the realization of this visionary development. The project is divided into two phases, both of which have garnered immense interest and success.

Phase I of the project commenced with a groundbreaking ceremony on February 14, 2014, followed by the initiation of construction in early July 2014. The luxury condos within Phase I have already been sold out, with residents eagerly moving into their new homes. The success of Phase I highlights the exceptional quality and desirability of the Greenland Metropolis project.

Phase II, comprising two apartment buildings, officially began construction in January 2015. More than half of the units within Phase II have already been sold, demonstrating the strong demand for this premium residential offering.
